FBNSM mapping features are powerful tools to give you the big picture of what is actually happening in your field throughout all stages of the growing season. You will be able to quickly understand yield impacts by comparing various categories and years of data.
There are a few different ways to access mapping features. The first is at the enterprise level. From your Analyze My Operation homepage, select Maps.
Here you'll see a high-level map of all the fields in your enterprise. You can focus on any individual field by click on it's icon. Select "Show Weather" to see conditions on each field in your operation.
To find a specific field map, you can also use your field navigation list on the left side of your screen. By selecting any field from the list from the Enterprise Maps page, you'll bring up the field level map. Or from the Analyze My Operation homepage, select a map from the list then select the Maps tab.
At the field-level, you can choose what Type of map you'd like to see, what Layer, and you can also Compare Maps.
You can choose between Planting, Harvest, and Natural Feature maps, with 11 total layers to choose from. You'll also be able to view histograms or pie charts below each map which further breaks out the data in each map.
You can also Compare Maps by selecting the Compare Maps check box and choosing the two maps you'd like to compare.
When comparing two maps, you will see a slider bar over the field that you can use to reveal the second map layer. Click and drag the compare slider back and forth to see the difference.
