When you order from FBN Direct℠, we guarantee that your product will be delivered within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date. If we're unable to deliver by that date, you can simply reschedule to a later date or elect to receive a 110% refund (as long as you reject the products at time of delivery and the products are returned to us in their original condition). You will also receive a 110% refund if product is not formulated according to the label or product was physically damaged during the shipping process to your farm.
A. Seller is not responsible for any delivery delays, caused by an unforeseen circumstance outside of Seller’s control, such as a strike, natural disaster, severe winter storm, or an unexpected supply shortage.
B. If the Buyer is more than 60 days past due on any payments owed by Buyer to Seller, whether in connection with this or a prior, contemporaneous or future Sales Order, this policy does not apply.
